Enrique Bruchou, founding partner of Bruchou, Fernández Madero y Lombardi, is a member of the Department of Banking Law and Capital Markets and Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

He is often the attorney of choice for the most complex and important corporate financial transactions involving Argentine parties or assets.

Since the firm’s establishment in 1990, Dr. Bruchou has represented many investment banks and large corporations, both in innovative capital markets and in mergers and acquisition transactions in Argentina.

Enrique Bruchou has given conferences and seminars on Corporate Finance and Capital Markets and has served for several years as a member of the Board of the Harvard Club of Argentina.

Mr. Bruchou received a law degree from the Argentine Catholic University in 1979 and an LLM degree from Harvard Law School in 1982.

He practiced as a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling New York for several years.
