Erika G. Litvak concentrates her practice in the area of tax law, with an emphasis on international taxation. Erika assists individuals with respect to their international tax and estate planning, expatriation, pre-immigration tax planning, structuring of investments in the United States, among other matters related to individuals. In addition, Erika assists U.S. and foreign companies with international operations, investments of U.S. companies abroad, investments of foreign companies in the U.S., and the establishment of U.S. and foreign operations, as well as in all matters related to compliance with formal reporting obligations and IRS filings in the U.S. and other international tax matters.
