Eugenio Franzoni joined Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa in 2004 and was admitted to the partnership in 2015 and he is the partner in charge of the BAJIO Office. His practice is focused on tax and administrative litigation in a wide range of sectors and transactions, representing domestic and non-resident clients. He litigates complex issues before federal and state courts and provides highly specialized tax advice. Eugenio also has considerable expertise in regulatory compliance and in anti-money laundering prevention.
