Marval O’Farrell Mairal

Federico Hernán Cascallar joined Marval in 2023 through the Young Professionals program.

He started his professional career in the firm as part of the Telecommunications, Media & Technology department. Currently, he is an associate in the Labor and Employment department.

His professional practice focuses on complex labor litigation and advising companies on a wide variety of labor issues.

Before joining Marval O’Farrell Mairal, he worked in the labor department of another leading law firm in the City of Buenos Aires and then in one of the Big Four.

Federico graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires in 2022, with an orientation in private law. He is currently pursuing a degree in Professorship for Secondary and Higher Education in Legal Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
