He has been practicing law privately since 2010, providing consulting and legal advice in sectors such as Oil&Gas, renewable energies and mining, with experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters. Previously, he worked as a Senior Associate at Marval O’Farrell Mairal as part of Hector A. Mairal’s team, where he advised important companies in M&A, project financing, financial transactions, capital markets, negotiating key contracts in the oil and gas area, as well as participating in regulatory proceedings before the National Securities Commission and other public agencies.

Educated at the University of Buenos Aires as a lawyer, he completed an Executive MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He was a consultant in World Bank and UNDP projects, with experience in the negotiation of governmental agreements and management of public bids.
