Fernanda joined Galicia in 2023 as an associate in the Labor practice.
She has experience advising clients from various sectors on labor, social security and immigration matters. She has additionally participated in administrative labor litigations derived from Ministry of Labor audits. Fernanda has also assisted clients in terminating employees and high-level executives, defining and implementing labor structures, filing the Ministry of Labor audits, preparing labor documents, employer substitutions and commercial transactions (mergers and acquisitions).
