Fernando focuses his practice on advising national and international clients from a wide range of industries and sectors, including private and public companies, investment funds and shareholders, among others, in different types of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, strategic alliances, combinations and capital raisings, among other. He also advises clients in complex and day to day corporate matters, including the formation of SPVs, the landing in Mexico of foreign investment projects, compliance with corporate obligations, shareholder resolutions and the design and implementation of governance structures. His corporate practice includes the drafting, negotiation and closing of all type of commercial agreements and transactional instruments.
