Fernando Brunelli is a partner of the Energy and Natural Resources area.
He advises and represents both international and local E&P and services companies on oil and gas-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of assets, assignment and farm-in agreements, joint ventures, marketing agreements, oilfield services agreements and participation in bidding rounds.
He has authored contributions related to the Oil & Gas sector in The Oil & Gas Law Review, and the International Energy Law Review and Chambers and Partners. He has also been a speaker in panels organized by entities such as AIPN, IEL / ANADE and Latin Lawyer.
Before joining Bomchil in 2020, Fernando was a partner at Alliani & Bruzón since 2005 and earlier in his career a foreign visiting attorney at Gardere & Wynne LLP (Houston).
