Fernando Alfredo is an Associate of the BLP office in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. His specialties include of Tax, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, Intellectual Property, Global Migration & Relocation.

Regarding Taxes, he has experience in different procedures before the Tax and Customs Authorities, providing assistance in relation to tax compliance issues, customs and obtaining tax exemptions and tax benefits, elaboration of opinions of tax and customs order, defense of the taxpayer before the fiscal Courts, Constitutional Chamber and challenge of tax and customs adjustments in general.

In Intellectual Property, he has extensive knowledge advising organizations in all aspects related to the registration, protection, and defense of their Intellectual Property rights. In relation to immigration matters, he has experience leading multiple administrative processes to obtain residences, permits, and relocations for labor matters.

He joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2021.
