Fiona is a member of the firm’s Governance and Culture Advisory Team (GCAT) which advises firms and their boards on all aspects of corporate governance, conduct, culture, remuneration and risk.

She specialises in advising financial institutions on all employment matters, including: complex litigation in the High Court and the Employment Tribunal; investigations and disciplinary matters; regulatory issues, including the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR); and international projects.
