Flavia focuses on structured finance transactions, such as acquisition finance, syndicated loans, debt restructuring and cross border transactions, as well as hybrid transactions.

For over twelve years, Flavia has advised investors, financial institutions and companies on debt transactions in the capital and financial markets, such as debentures, credit rights investment funds, securitization transactions via real estate receivables certificates and agribusiness receivables certificates.

She is also active in initiatives for the development of the Brazilian capital market. She has worked at Mattos Filho’s New York office, advising foreign clients investing in Brazil.
