Flavia is fully dedicated to non-profit and exempt organizations and corporate social responsibility, advising NGOs, companies and cultural institutions.

She is an expert in the structuring of social businesses, human rights, corporate restructuring, preparation of a wide range of agreements, tax, corporate and regulatory matters.

Her clients include national and foreign organizations from various sectors, such as education, health, environment and microfinance.

She pioneered pro bono work at Mattos Filho and is actively involved in the growth and development of the pro bono culture in the region.
