Francisca joined Alessandri in 2023 and advises on corporate, commercial, M&A and capital markets matters. She works with stock brokers, general fund managers, among other clients, in civil, commercial and regulatory matters.

She specializes in the structuring of public and private investment funds investing in underlying assets in Chile and abroad, acquisition processes of brokers and affiliates, management contracts, technology, derivatives and infrastructure providers, referral contracts and placement of fund shares.

In addition, Francisca has experience in the negotiation of foreign securities distribution contracts and represents her clients before the regulatory and supervisory entities of the capital markets.

Since 2021, she has been accredited by the Committee for the Accreditation of Knowledge in the Securities Market (CAMV, for its Spanish acronym).
