Advises national and multinational companies in their day-to-day operations, on issues such as hiring and termination of workers (both individual and collective), development and implementation of human resources policies, manuals and procedures, compensation plans and benefits for executives. and workers, subcontracting and outsourcing, consulting contracts, non-compete agreements, labor audits, internal investigations, global mobility programs and treatment of expatriates, processing of work permits and visas, and social security. He also specializes in transactional labor matters associated with restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and labor due diligence processes.
