Francisco Moguel joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1988 and was admitted to the partnership in 1999. His professional practice has focused on tax consulting to companies of various business sectors in transactions consisting of corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. He has been a speaker at conferences in Mexico and abroad. He teaches Corporate International Taxation at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
