Francisco Bolinaga

D´Empaire

Francisco Bolinaga advises multinationals and Venezuelan companies on matters of Environmental Law.

Before joining D’Empaire in 2012, Francisco worked as legal advisor to the National Parks Institute (INPARQUES) (1994), as external legal advisor associated with the offices of the Ministry of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (MARNR) ( 1994-1995), legal adviser to the Los Roques Archipelago National Park Area Authority attached to the Ministry of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (MARNR) (1995-1999) and as founding partner and head of the environmental department of Bolinaga Levy Marquez & Canova.

He studied Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University, Caracas (1989) and a specialization in Environmental Management (Metropolitan University, 2007).

An example of his experience includes his participation in the representation of Nestlé in the evaluation of legal risks in environmental matters of its facilities and factories throughout the national territory.
