Francisco joined Galicia in 2024 as an associate in the Banking and Finance practice.
He focuses mainly on the regulatory matters related with financial entities in Mexico, as well as in legal assistance for start-ups and consolidated companies in the financial sector.
Previously, Francisco worked at the Mexican Minister of Finance and Public Credit. He was Bitso’s deputy director of legal and compliance and partner of his own law firm.
