German has solid experience in civil and commercial judicial proceedings, as well as in arbitral processing.
He is a registered lawyer who from 2002 practiced their professional activity for several years, before moving to Oxford and London to study English law and work in England for five years. He is a specialist on matters such as Banking Law (complex final products), Company Law (contestation of company agreements and administrator responsibilities) and Insurance Law, in addition to having extensive experience in conflicts arising from commercial contracting between companies.
