Experience
She has an extensive and fruitful career of more than 22 years as a trial attorney. During her career, she has successfully represented individuals and major national and international companies in disputes filed in various jurisdictions. She has achieved economic recovery for multiple fraud victims and recognition of real, personal and intellectual property rights for her clients.
Throughout her career, she has served successfully in criminal litigation and as a criminal defense attorney, representing different clients in high-profile and high-profile cases. For example, she has participated as a defense attorney in two criminal proceedings against various defendants, including two former presidents of the Republic and other senior public officials, she represented the captains of our national soccer team in another highly publicized case, and in another related criminal proceeding. with the construction of one of the main highways in Costa Rica, he successfully defended three former ministers. As a consequence of her experience in this field, she has been recognized since 2017, for several consecutive years, by Best Lawyers, as one of the best lawyers in the Criminal Defense area.
