Gonzalo Tombeur is an accomplished attorney, who focus his practice mainly in corporate law matters. He began his career in 2017 clerking to the honorable Judge María Gabriela Vassallo at the First Instance Commercial Court of Buenos Aires (Fuero Comercial, Juzgado 24, Secretaria 47). This early exposure provided him with a solid foundation in the judicial system and honed his skills in legal research and writing.

In August 2018, Gonzalo Tombeur joined one of the leading law firms in Argentina as a parelegal and then, as junior associate. In this first role, he successfully conducted registration processes before the Public Register of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires ("Inspeccion General de Justicia"), ensuring compliance with widely exigent and complex legal requirements, source of various corporate conflicts in Argentina. Then, as an associate, he advised clients from diverse industries, including Consumer Goods companies, Labs, Renewable Energy foreign companies, and companies in the gaming sector, on various corporate law matters. Additionally, he played an integral role in M&A transactions, adeptly drafting agreements and providing valuable insights on internal corporate affairs.

In 2022, he joined DLA Piper Argentina. In his current position, he focuses his practice on advising clients across different industries on a wide range of external corporate issues and internal corporate governance matters. His comprehensive understanding of corporate law and administrative processes, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail, enables him to provide practical and effective solutions to complex legal challenges.

Apart from his professional endeavors, he actively engages in pro bono and social activities. From 2013 to 2016, he dedicated his time and efforts to the well-known program "Techo Para mi País" demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need. He also has a strong passion for yachting. During his free time, he takes pleasure in indulging in this hobby, finding peace and revitalization in the serene and calm atmosphere of the open waters.
