Guillermo Bailach is the legal director of the Tax practice of DLA Piper Spain. He has more than 10 years of experience advising multinational companies in M&A transactions and designing tax efficient international structures.

Guillermo leads the tax contingency and Pillar 2 insurance practices. He has extensive experience in advising on all types of M&A transactions, as well as in tax proceedings (tax audits and contentious proceedings).

Guillermo holds a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and his research focuses on international taxation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation from ie Law School and a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In addition, Guillermo is a professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
