He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, in which he has represented both sellers and buyers.
He has advised important clients in all types of financial transactions, including debt instrument issuance programs (bonds, short-term instruments, negotiable certificates of deposit), share issues, medium-term syndicated loans, financial leasing operations, securitization of assets, among others.
Additionally, in 2018 Guillermo was part of the working group in charge of reviewing the General Companies Law at the request of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Guillermo participated in two Latin Lawyer Deal of The Year winning consultancies: Uber Perú, 2020 (regulatory category) and Navent, 2021 (M&A category, private).
