Guillermo concentrates his practice in the area of Energy and Natural Resources and in public and regulatory law, with a focus on the development of energy, aquaculture and biotechnology projects. His experience ranges from legal advice in the processing of legal easements for projects to the management and coordination with suppliers for the performance of environmental pre-feasibility and connection studies. In addition, he has extensive experience in relationship management and negotiation with landowners, communities, authorities and other stakeholders, ensuring the success of projects from their initial stages to their entry into operation.

He has also advised clients in the preparation and negotiation of power supply contracts, EPCs, and O&M, as well as in the preparation of investment strategies and preparation of regulatory and environmental legal reports. His ability to manage environmental assessment processes and obtain the necessary permits has been crucial for the viability and sustainability of numerous projects. He has experience in the processing of electricity, aquaculture and public works concessions, as well as in the participation in due diligence processes and mergers and acquisitions of various energy projects. He has also participated in several projects in the mining sector, with a particular focus on mining property information.
 
Additionally, he has provided legal advice for the development of real estate projects, including the preparation of strategies and reports for projects in areas of tourist interest, nature sanctuaries and priority sites for conservation. His comprehensive legal assessment for domestic and foreign clients has been fundamental for the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with applicable norms and regulations.
