Hans joined Alessandri in 2018 and is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice, focusing his practice mainly on contractual, civil, commercial and real estate matters.

He has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions processes of important national and foreign companies in technology and healthcare areas, advising clients in each of the stages involved in the process of purchase and sale.
