Emanuel joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2020. He is part of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Department and also a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

His professional practice focuses on various regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical technology, healthcare services, clinical pharmacology research, cosmetics, food, veterinary products, and agribusiness. He provides both contentious and non-contentious legal advice to multinational industry leaders on regulatory strategies and compliance matters ranging from the companies’ day-to-day business to complex cross-border transactions.

Emanuel has an international educational background, having pursued his secondary education in Argentina, the United States, and Belgium. He later graduated Law School from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and completed a post-graduate specialization in Regulatory Affairs of the Pharmaceutical Industry at the University of Buenos Aires.

Currently, he’s studying for a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Emanuel is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, the International Bar Association, and the Youth Committee of the Business Center for Mediation and Arbitration.
