Ignacio concentrates his practice in corporate labor counseling and judicial representation of domestic and foreign clients in matters related to labor law, both individual and collective.

Ignacio regularly leads the representation of clients in complex judicial proceedings before labor courts, especially in matters related to violations of fundamental rights, union matters, and administrative claims. With specific reference to union matters, he has extensive experience advising clients in all related aspects of union practices and regulations, and in regulated and non-regulated collective bargaining processes.
