His practice consists mainly of advising national and foreign clients on mergers, purchase and sale of companies, private equity, venture capital, capital markets and corporate and commercial law in general.
 

He previously served as an Associate in Carey’s Energy Group and his practice focused on renewable energy projects and natural resource transactions.
