He is a specialist in Individual and Collective Labor Law. 

Advisor to companies and business chambers. Parity negotiations in various activities. 

He was an Argentine employer representative and spokesperson for the employer group at the Global Dialogue Forum on the difficulties and opportunities of teleworking for workers and employers in the information and communication technology and financial services sectors. He is a member of the Global Employment Institute; and the International Bar Association, since 2001. He has worked as a Professor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Universities such as UADE, UCA, DI TELLA. 

He was part of the Deans’Advisory Council of the Duke University Law School between 2001 and 2005, Member of the Superior Council of the CEMA University until 2022. 

He is currently a tenured Professor of Labor Law, Labor Policy and Social Security at the University of the CEMA.

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, year 1999. 

He completed his Doctorate in Legal Sciences, at the same university and then at Duke University School of Law, Durham, NC, USA. 

I have completed a Master of Laws, LL.M. Degree, May 2001; and completed a Master’s Degree focused on the study of Individual and Collective Labor Law and Environmental Law. 

He has participated in the International Labor Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
