He was born on January 14.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile in 2004, where he also graduated in Judicial and Social Sciences.

Ignacio has experience in Administrative and Public Law. From April 2006 until September 2014, he was the Head of the Legal Department of the Forensic Medical Service.

From April 2005 until October 2016, he worked as a Sub-Secretary of Justice. He was Chief of Social Reinsertion at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and Head of the Law and Legislative Division at the Subsecretariat of Crime Prevention at the Interior and Public Security Ministry.

He holds a diploma in Rule of Law and Access to Justice from the Universidad de Chile, Heidelberg Institute and California Western School of Law.

In 2019 he joins the Administrative Law department of Abdala & Cia.
