Irene is a senior associate in the Litigation and Regulatory department of DLA Piper Spain. She specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has been involved in advising and directing the defense strategy, both pre-litigation and litigation, in a wide variety of proceedings, both before the courts and arbitral tribunals such as the CEA.

Irene has extensive experience in matters related to contract law, audiovisual law, unfair competition, damages arising from infringements of competition law, construction law, horizontal property or banking law.
