Isabel Moya joined Pérez-Llorca in 2009. She is an expert in Labor and Social Security Law. She was appointed partner of the Firm in January 2020.

Experience

Isabel provides advice in all areas of labor relations, highlighting, among others, her experience in processing restructuring procedures, carrying out labor audits, designing employee remuneration plans, as well as in negotiations with unions and representatives. workers’ units.

Likewise, it provides mediation, arbitration and conciliation services, before the Labor Inspection and before the Labor Courts and Tribunals, in matters such as: collective disputes, dismissals, claims for amounts, claims for rights, sanctions, substantial modification of the working conditions, etc.

She has extensive experience in advising on negotiations of collective agreements and collective pacts for standardizing conditions, in the daily management of her workers, as well as in the development and implementation of all types of internal labor policies.
