Jacques Le Pera joined Marval O’ Farrell Mairal in 2022, as part of the Trademarks, Technology and Intellectual Property department. Since May 2024 he has been part of the Corporate / M&A department.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in December 2023, having completed a semester at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Additionally, he was awarded the ‘Academic Excellence Award’ granted by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

During his time at University, Jacques was editor of the "Revista Argentina de Teoría Jurídica (RATJ)" and the "Revista Latinoamericana de Derecho Internacional (LADI)", among other activities. He was also a member of the finalist team in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, which took place in April 2024 in Washington D.C., USA.

Recently, he has completed the ‘Advanced Practice in Mergers and Acquisitions’ diploma program offered by the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
