Javier joined DLA Piper in January 2009 as a lawyer in the Litigation and Regulatory Department.

He has experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings.

In 2006 he joined the Litigation Department of LEXLAND Madrid, dealing with commercial and bankruptcy litigation as well as civil litigation in general.

Since September 2007 he has been cooperating in the publications area of the Fundación para la Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Empresa (FIDE).
