Jesús A. De Luca joined the firm in 2014 and became an associate in 2018.
Mr. De Luca is part of the legal team specialized in serving the needs of an international clientele of private HNW individuals in the region in connection with their Panama-based corporate structures and Foundations, and routinely advises multinational companies with respect to their Panamanian subsidiaries’ corporate matters. He was part of the team responsible for advising car dealership chain Inchcape Plc in its acquisition of family-run Grupo Rudelman, one of the leading and most successful Central American automotive distributors focused on Suzuki, on a cash-free and debt-free basis deal.
