Jorge works as associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel. He specializes in corporate law and has represented clients in the banking, financial and sector, as well as Mexican family-owned companies and their shareholders. Jorge has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and shareholder disputes where he has advised boards of directors, controlling shareholders and minority shareholders in such matters.

Jorge Bojalil holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and studied a master’s in law at the same institution. Further, Jorge has a master’s degree in law from Columbia University in New York from which he graduated with honors as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Jorge previously worked for Clifford Chance US LLP in their New York office.
