José Fernando joined Arias in September 2018 as a paralegal while he was finishing Law School at the National University of Honduras (UNAH). As a paralegal, he assisted associate attorneys within the different departments at the law firm. In this sense, he was making his path to specializing in administrative law until he became the Associate Attorney in charge of migration and immigration matters for Honduran clients. With his experience, he helps the Litigation Department with administrative, labor and civil law matters.
