José is a BLP Associate in the Tegucigalpa, Honduras oce. He specializes in the practice of Labor & Employment.

Formerly the executive secretary of the Honduran Property Institute, and an associate in charge of the Honduran Department of Land and Registry Services, José has acquired 20 years of experience in administrative, municipal and registry matters. He has a broad knowledge of state and municipal real estate regulations and their administration and experience in resolving property conicts, land legalization mechanisms, registry services, and dierent public, municipal and delegated modalities in public and private rights organizations. In addition, he has participated in drafting bills, regulations, agreements, municipal ordinances, administrative resolutions, decrees and multi-party contracts.

He joined the BLP team as an associate in 2021.
