José Luis Espinoza specializes in advising domestic and foreign companies in the construction, transportation, sanitation and water treatment sectors. He has extensive experience in accompanying clients during the execution of public and private infrastructure concession projects, complying with international procurement standards. In addition, he has advised clients involved in public works contracts under national procurement regulations.

José Luis also assists clients in the resolution of disputes through alternative methods, such as conciliation, Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs) and arbitration. He has represented numerous clients in proceedings administered by leading national arbitration centers and has participated in arbitrations under the supervision of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
