He also advises Venezuelan families and individuals on estate planning and tax matters. Before joining D’Empaire in 2012 (partner since 2018), José worked as an associate at Deloitte from 2008 to 2012.
 

José earned his law degree from Universidad Metropolitana (2007) and completed an LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center (2014).
