José Valentín González

D´Empaire

osé Valentín González specializes in Constitutional, Administrative, Criminal, Pharmaceutical, Intellectual Property and Economic Criminal Law, as well as regulatory and telecommunications matters.

Before joining D’ Empaire in 2001, he worked in the Political-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice as an assistant judge (1995-1995).

He studied Law at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1990), a master’s degree in Administrative Law (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, 1994) and a master’s degree in Criminal Law (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, thesis pending).

He is currently a professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
