Juan Pablo Lentino joined Marval, O’Farrell Mairal in 2021 and is a semi senior associate, member of the Banking & Finance department.

Juan Pablo has participated in a broad range of cross-border transactions including capital market deals, bilateral and syndicated loans, M&A, project finance, and debt and collateral restructurings. He also advises companies on a wide variety of commercial, financial and regulatory matters.

Before joining the firm, Juan Pablo worked at American Express and J.P. Morgan & Chase.

Juan Pablo received his law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2019 and his Master’s in Law & Economics degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2023.

Juan Pablo is currently a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CPACF).
