He has been a Joint Judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice and of the Sectional Council of the Judiciary. Member of the Commission for Monitoring the Accusatory Criminal System.
He was an advisor to the Ministry of the Interior and Justice for the reform and implementation of the adversarial criminal system and is a member of the Commission drafting the Code of Criminal Procedure.
