Juan Cruz Bologna Volaric graduated with honors as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires with a focus on business law in 2021.

Prior to joining Marval, he worked as an associate in the corporate area of a recognized local law firm, advising both foreign and national companies on various corporate, general practice matters and cross-border transactions. He also advised different companies in the drafting, negotiation, review, and execution of commercial contracts.

Currently, his professional practice focuses on advising companies on a wide variety of corporate and transactional issues. He is also specifically focused on advising foreign companies wishing to invest in Argentina, providing them with a detailed analysis of different corporate vehicles and legal alternatives.

Moreover, he advises on various registry matters before public agencies and regulatory compliance issues.

Juan Cruz is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
