He has extensive experience in regulating water resources for projects in all productive sectors, especially in the mining, sanitation, agricultural, electricity generation and industrial fields, both from an environmental and regulatory perspective.
His practice includes obtaining water use rights, discharge and reuse authorizations, water reserves, rate setting, regulation of basin headwaters, ecological flow, hydraulic public domain assets and water user organizations.
