Laura specializes in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate corporate matters. Laura regularly represents clients in all industries in stock and asset purchase and sale transactions. Laura is involved in the review, analysis, organization and drafting of documents in all phases of transactions, from inception and negotiation through closing and successful execution.

Laura advises domestic and international companies, private equity funds, sponsors and strategic investors on domestic and offshore acquisitions, investments, spin-offs and strategic alliances. Her experience includes the implementation, negotiation and adaptation of various civil and commercial contracts, in addition to conducting due diligence processes and structuring transactions.

Laura conducts and coordinates due diligence processes regarding sales and purchases of real estate portfolios, including (i) the sale of a portfolio of 46 properties located in different states of the Mexican Republic, with a value of $662 million dollars and (ii) the sale of a portfolio of 4 properties located in the north of the country with an approximate value of $114 million dollars. 
Assists in the preparation of documents (e.g., asset purchase and sale agreements, amendment agreements to such documents and to trusts, assignment agreements, escrow agreements, and contracts for the sale of real estate).
