Leslie Henry Ayau has extensive experience in Electrical Regulation, Financial integration of electricity generation projects, development of renewable energy projects and carbon credit generating projects, regulation of the Wholesale Electricity Market and the Central American Regional Electricity Market. He has worked on electrical energy issues for more than ten years, beginning with the translation of the General Electricity Law and its Regulations and the Regulations of the Wholesale Market into English, in addition to having formed part of the legal department of the National Energy Commission. Electricity for several years, carrying out activities in both the regulated market and wholesale market areas, including administrative and judicial activities, including constitutional matters.

Leslie Henry Ayau has also participated in several courses and diplomas taught by different national and international institutions, especially in the areas of Regional Markets, Economics of the Regulation of Generation Activity and Wholesale and Distribution Market for Regulated Users, as well as in topics of Rates and Quality of the Final Distribution Service.
