Lucia Carpinelli joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2024 and is currently a member of the Intellectual Property, Information Technology, and Privacy Department.

Her practice focuses on legal advice to local and international clients on personal data protection, privacy, and technology matters. She has prior experience in a foreign legaltech company dedicated to international arbitration and completed an internship at a municipal court.

Lucia graduated with honors as a lawyer from the University of San Andrés in 2024 and received the Academic Excellence Award granted by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires. Her degree thesis focused on the implications that the development of autonomous vehicles has on intellectual and industrial property rights.
