Luis Alberto Gaytán joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2013. He was promoted as Associate in 2022. He has focused his professional practice in the advisory and litigation of international trade and customs matters.
Mainly, his practices focus on free trade agreements, Agreements of the World Trade Organization, defense against unfair trade practices (dumping), as well as authorizations and programs for the promotion of foreign trade. Also, he specializes on administrative procedures before the Tax Authorities, the Ministry of Economy and other several units of the Federal Government, in relation to customs and international trade matters
