Luis Manuel joined the Firm in 1992 and was admitted as a Partner in 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in the Tax field in Mexico and abroad. He has provided Tax advice and consultancy to his clients on M&A, corporate restructuring, public debt and equity issuances, and estate planning, among others.
