Luis André works as a tax advisor for various local and foreign companies, mainly in the technology, hospitality, retail, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. Likewise, his practice includes the development of the tax area in international operations, intercompany operations, tax planning, corporate reorganizations and the accompaniment of foreign investment in the country.

In addition, he also supports clients in tax and contentious-administrative proceedings before SUNAT and the Tax Court.

Previously, Luis André was part of the team of lawyers at PricewaterhouseCoopers Peru, as well as at Grant Thornton Peru.

Within his tax practice, it is worth mentioning some projects in which Luis André has participated, such as the tax consultancy for the Consortium Acciona Concesiones SL (Spain) and Terna Plus S.R.L. (Italy) in the bidding process for the construction of the substations Chincha Nueva 220/60kV and Nazca Nueva 220/60kV (Proinversión). On the other hand, he has also participated in the tax advice for the different projects of Siemens Group, Bechtel Group, Cobra Group, Marriott Group, Kallpa, Zara, Samsung, Mercado Libre, Bureau Veritas, among others.
